As an avid consumer (I love shoes), I've noticed a steady decline in the level of personal attention and customer service in alot of establishments. Some are completely unforgiveable, some are tolerable, and alot of my consumer experiences have been less than stellar. My aim with this store is to provide a unique one-on-one personal experience that makes you want to come back and visit me!
